Bodacious Oasis Takeover #4 (Private Party)

Well friends, we are back again with the annual pool party! 

Saturday July 20th. 

Blowing in like a warm Balearic sea breeze, we bring you Ibiza day club vibes right here in town! Adults party like it’s Miami, while the littles play in the pool and have the best day of their summer.

After a tumultuous year that almost saw the season pass without this event coming to fruition; we have some wonderful folks pulling together last minute to ensure that the party of the summer is a go!!

You can count on a stacked lineup of performers once again, TBA.

Due to numerous factors we will be making this a formally ticketed event. No exceptions. Our lovely friends over at Get Down YEG will be handling the ticketing through their website.

Tickets are $30 for ages 16+ and $10 for children under 16.

There will be a limited number of volunteer positions open in exchange for a ticket. If you are interested, please contact Dave or Erin.

We will be capping the event at 110 people, same as last year. Please ensure you get your ticket soon to avoid disappointment.

You will need an access code to purchase your ticket through the site as the event is private. Please contact one of the hosts for the code and to have your name added to the guest list.

Let us know if you would like to bring someone who isn’t in this Facebook event already and we can discuss getting them added. You will be responsible for your guest. Do not share the access code.

We will be posting some formal rules and guidelines for the event soon, please ensure you are aware and abide. We have had to make some changes for the venues and attendees safety as well as the event’s sustainability.

Should the event be cancelled due to weather, all ticket sales will be refunded.
